Overview of the Property Accountant Role :

The Property Accountant will report directly to the Accounting Manager and play a crucial role in the company's financial operations. In this position, the Property Accountant will be responsible for :

Full-cycle general accounting for multiple entities.

Bank reconciliations and month-end close processes.

Financial reporting and analysis to support decision-making.

Ensuring compliance with accounting standards and internal policies.

Utilizing Excel and accounting software to manage financial data.

Preferred Qualifications for the Senior Property Accountant :

3+ years of experience in property accounting.

Commercial property accounting experience is a plus.

Strong proficiency in Excel and financial reporting tools.

Ability to work in a fast-paced and collaborative environment.
