About the Role

The Company is in search of a Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) to lead its mission of providing natural, plant-based air care solutions. The CMO will be a key member of the executive team, working closely with the CEO and Board to advance the brand's vision and drive growth across various channels. This hands-on role requires a commercially minded marketer with a strong background in high-growth consumer brands, particularly in DTC, wellness, home care, or sustainable lifestyle sectors. The successful candidate will be responsible for shaping and executing the marketing strategy, with a focus on brand building, customer acquisition, and retention. They must be adept at leading a team, optimizing marketing ROI, and be passionate about purpose-driven products. The ideal CMO for the company will have a proven track record in DTC growth, be a strategic thinker, and possess deep expertise in retention and loyalty marketing. They should be data-driven, financially grounded, and experienced in team building and management. The role demands a leader who is a collaborative partner, a clear communicator, and is scrappy and resourceful in their approach. Key responsibilities include vision and mission leadership, growth strategy, financial performance, brand stewardship, marketing planning, customer acquisition, and retention, as well as innovation and commercialization. The CMO will also be tasked with developing a robust insights function, building a high-performing marketing organization, and ensuring that all marketing efforts are aligned with the company's goals and values.
