Night Manager Opportunity

Four Seasons Hotel Silicon Valley is currently looking for a Night Manager.

Responsibilities and essential job functions include but are not limited to the following :

• Acting as manager on duty for the hotel during the overnight shift; overseeing all overnight staff, managing the front drive, guest related resolutions, problem-solving, special requests and any other inquiries that may arise
• Ensure all employees perform assigned tasks and coordinate front office communication with other departments
• Keep overnight staff informed of nightly activities, group and VIP arrivals and in-house as well as special requests
• Handle any emergencies or incidents that arise during the overnight shift
• Takes action in all matters related to the safety, security, satisfaction and well being of hotel guests and employees when senior managers are not available
• Maintain accurate records of all incidents and communicate any issues to the appropriate parties
• Process all financial transactions, including the verification and processing of credit card transactions in accordance with company policies and procedures
• Perform night audit, ensuring accuracy and completion on time
• Deliver any financial reports as required
• Ensure timely compilation front office report and morning operational meeting presentation
• Generate and upload the daily and weekly reports
• Complete and verify all audit paperwork and shift reports
• Monitor inventory and restock supplies as needed
• Required to conduct a formal pass on to the relieving manager in the morning and assist with morning meeting when needed
• Assist in conducting performance evaluations and disciplines staff when needed
• Other duties / projects as assigned
