Job Description

Responsible for entering and verifying the accuracy of the information related to assets entering leaving changing and moving in the environment.

Manage assets whole units or spare components and the processes related to inventory for assets not in end user population that are in a facility for hardware shipments to remote end users if not covered in process mentioned above.

Contact remote end users to provide all requested items that have been received and in good working order.

Verify serial numbers with end users when appropriate. Incidents and asset tracking tool should be updated as required. Perform this activity for all customers.

Inform customers of any end of lease equipment identified as missing or needed to be purchased each month so purchasing decisions can be made and communicated to the leasing company before the end of the month.

Assist with physical audits of major locations including but not limited to location specified.

Procurement administration : work cross functionally with client teams to support procurement.

Responsible for providing backup support for the review and processing of online requisitions. These include verifying all documentation required is provided.

Also includes, but not limited to, IT E-Requisitions, employee change requests, signed user access forms and SAP forms.

Assist in procurement when needed.
