Audubon is currently seeking a Project Control Administrator – Part Time to join our team in the Houston, Tx office. The Project Control Administrator provides a wide variety of administrative support for the Project Team and for the assigned discipline in a dynamic and fast paced environment.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Completes work according to standard procedures on assignments from the assigned Project Team.
- Prepares memos, letters, meeting minutes, reports, forms and other documents.
- Transcribes documents from dictation or edits and formats documents prepared by other team members to conform to Audubon standard formats.
- Organizes and maintains project files and project Share Point site.
- Reports administratively and receives direction from the Managers of Projects and functionally to assigned Project Leader.
- Develops a familiarity with basic engineering terminology and project control processes such as scope definition, design development, scheduling, estimating, cost reporting, CADD / reprographics, and document control.
- Uses the following office equipment, such as PC’s, printers, fax machines, copiers, telephone equipment, and various other office machines to complete work.
- Familiarity with current Audubon Engineering Operations standards and templates.
- Reserve back-up reception desk coverage, as necessary.
EXPERIENCE AND SKILL REQUIREMENTS :
High School Diploma AND 3+ years of On the Job training.Excellent communication and organizational skills.Strong team leadership capabilities.Capable of reviewing and approving deliverables for consistency and presentation.
