We are seeking a Senior Hardware Developer with extensive experience in PCB design, high-speed digital circuits, and FPGA SoC hardware integration. The ideal candidate will play a key role in designing, validating, and optimizing advanced hardware solutions while ensuring compliance with manufacturing best practices and DFM principles. Active Top Secret clearance or higher. Key Responsibilities Design and develop complex hardware systems, including PCB layouts and high-speed digital circuits. Integrate FPGA SoC platforms into hardware designs and ensure seamless hardware validation and debugging. Conduct hardware bring-up, troubleshooting, and performance optimization. Collaborate with cross-functional teams for hardware / software integration and manufacturing readiness. Apply DFM principles to ensure manufacturability and reliability of designs. Support product lifecycle from concept through production, including NPI processes. Required Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field. 10+ years of experience in hardware development. Proven experience with PCB design and high-speed digital circuit design. Hands-on experience with FPGA SoC hardware integration and debugging. Knowledge of manufacturing processes and DFM principles. Preferred Qualifications Experience with AMD / Intel FPGA SoC platforms. Expertise in signal integrity (SI) and power integrity (PI) analysis. Proficiency with PCB design tools such as Allegro, Altium, or similar. Familiarity with industry standards : PCIe, DDR, SERDES, etc. Experience in high-volume manufacturing and NPI processes. Active Top Secret clearance or higher.
