Engagement Description

  • Experienced Technical Lead / Software Engineer to lead projects and provide subject matter expertise and technical direction.
  • The successful candidate will also be responsible for leading and assisting in application solution design code development maintenance and promotion as well as creating and executing unit test cases and plans.

Top 3 Required Skills / Experience

  • Skilled in leading and assisting the design of application solutions
  • Proficient in Java JEE and SQL
  • Ability to work with cross-functional teams and effectively communicate technical ideas and solutions.

    • Required Skills / Experience The rest of the required skills / experience. Include :

  • Proficient in web technologies and frameworks
  • Understanding and working knowledge of basic UNIX / Linux commands.
  • Batch jobs using Spring Batch or similar technologies with experience in job scheduling and execution.
  • Experience with project build tools such as ANT MAVEN and NANT.
  • Knowledge of security practices related to web services including certificates encryption JWT Basic Auth LDAP and SSO implementations.
  • Project planning and execution
  • Coaching and development of team members to achieve their full potential

    • Preferred Skills / Experience Optional but preferred skills / experience. Include :

  • Experience with server management and deployment on platforms like JBoss WebSphere and IIS.
  • Eclipse IntelliJ and Visual Studio for development and debugging.
  • .NET JSF Grails Spring Boot
  • Healthcare experience with knowledge of EDI transactions

    • Education / Certifications Include :

  • Bachelors degree in related field preferred.
