INSIDE SALES REPRESENTATIVE

The Inside Sales Representative is responsible for closing warm inbound and outbound phone leads from multiple revenue sources—including social media campaigns, mailers, and door hangers—for companies represented by Kaizen Marketing. This position requires high energy, resilience, and a passion for helping people make confident service decisions.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Handle incoming and follow-up calls to close leads generated through campaigns, referrals, and marketing initiatives.
  • Manage a pipeline of prospects with professionalism, urgency, and accuracy.
  • Clearly communicate the value of services offered by Kaizen Marketing’s partner companies.
  • Maintain integrity and professionalism in all customer interactions.
  • Track performance, customer feedback, and conversions in line with company standards.
  • Attend team trainings, events, and company functions to continuously improve sales skills and contribute to team culture.
  • Represent Kaizen Marketing in a manner that reflects our values of honesty, service, and growth.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • 1+ year of experience in sales, customer service, or a related field.
  • Comfortable conducting sales calls and following structured scripts / processes.
  • Strong communication skills—both verbal and written.
  • Ability to work independently while contributing to a team environment.
  • PREFERRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

  • Door-to-door sales experience in any industry
  • Prior experience in inside sales or call-center environments.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Experience working with CRM tools or call-tracking systems.
  • Bilingual (English / Spanish) is a huge plus.
  • COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS

    Base Pay : $7.50 per hour

    Commission : $10 per new customer account secured (avg = 2-4 per hour)

    Bonuses : Annual performance bonuses paid in December.

    Anticipated Monthly Income : $2,200 (assuming 20 hrs / week and 2 sales / hour)

    Payment Schedule : Semi-monthly (1st–15th paid on the 25th, 16th–end of month paid on the 10th of the following month).
