About the Role
The ideal candidate has 5+ years of experience in client onboarding and transaction processing, with strong attention to detail and a collaborative mindset. At TSG Support Services, we value professionals who work independently while contributing to team goals. This role ensures accurate and timely handling of client data, supports process improvements, and maintains confidentiality while fostering effective communication with clients and internal teams.

Work Week :
This position is full-time, Monday to Friday, during regular business hours. The hours of operation for TSG Support Services are consistent with the businesses we support—generally 7 : 30 AM to 6 : 00 PM—with flexibility within these hours to accommodate what works best for you. This is a full-time, in-person role. Required work through the year-end close annually. You will work in the office, and TSG Support Services will provide parking for you in a nearby parking garage.
Compensation & Benefits : Salary Range - $60,000 - $75,000 annually
