Senior Cloud Engineer

LaSalle Network is hiring a Senior Cloud Engineer to lead cloud strategy and innovation for a fast-scaling organization in the manufacturing and industrial services space. We’re looking for a cloud leader who can design enterprise-level systems and drive automation with smart, secure, and reliable infrastructure. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams, working at the forefront of infrastructure-as-code, governance, and cloud optimization. Senior Cloud Engineer Responsibilities :

Architect and deploy Azure and AWS solutions aligned to business needs and best practices
Design cloud environments that are secure, scalable, and aligned with compliance frameworks (CAF, Well-Architected, ISO 27001, etc.)
Automate infrastructure with PowerShell, Azure CLI, and ARM templates
Lead cloud security configurations, identity and access management, and compliance monitoring
Monitor system health and performance using Azure Monitor and Application Insights
Collaborate with IT, security, and development teams to ensure smooth operations and rollouts
Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues across cloud platforms
Maintain infrastructure documentation to support knowledge sharing and governance

Senior Cloud Engineer Requirements :

15+ years of IT infrastructure experience; 10+ years working specifically in Azure and AWS

Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field (advanced degrees / certifications are a plus)

Proven expertise in Azure services like AKS, Azure DevOps, Entra ID, Azure SQL, Functions, and Logic Apps

Microsoft Certified : Azure Solutions Architect Expert or similar certification preferred

Advanced scripting with PowerShell and knowledge of IaC tools (Terraform, Ansible)

Strong grasp of cloud security best practices and regulatory standards (NIST, GDPR, HIPAA)

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to translate technical concepts for varied audiences
