About the Role

The Company is seeking a Chief Executive Officer (CEO) to lead its mission of ending hunger and alleviating poverty. They should have strong financial acumen, experience in budget development and oversight, and a background in modern nonprofit operations. A Bachelor's degree is preferred, or an equivalent combination of education and experience, and a deep, compassionate understanding of the challenges of food insecurity is essential. The role also involves team leadership, with a focus on building a cohesive, trust-based culture and investing in staff growth and development.
