We are seeking a sharp, transactional real estate attorney who is passionate about real estate deals, leases, acquisition / disposition, financings, joint ventures, and structuring complex transactions. You will work alongside senior partners in Real Estate & Finance, collaborating across disciplines, contributing immediately, and growing into increasingly responsible roles.

What you'll do here :

• Negotiate, draft, and review commercial real estate documents, including leases (office, retail, industrial, mixed-use), purchase & sale agreements, financing documents, joint venture agreements, sale-leasebacks, development and ground lease documents.
• Conduct and manage due diligence (title, survey, environmental, zoning & land use, regulatory).
• Advise clients on strategy, risk, and legal & business implications of real estate transactions, including financing and tax considerations.
• Coordinate with internal teams : tax, environmental & regulatory, real estate litigation (if needed) to provide holistic solutions.
• Ensure timeliness, cost effectiveness, and responsiveness in closing deals.
• Mentor more junior attorneys / associates as needed; take leadership on transactions.
