Job Overview – How You’ll Contribute :

We are growing and adding a Rental Agent to our Team at, H+H Jeep Dodge RAM of Papillion! As a Rental Agent, you will be responsible for assisting customers in securing rental units, providing excellent customer service, and ensuring a smooth leasing process. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented, customer-focused team member with strong communication and organizational skills. (Pay $16.00 / hour)

  • Maintain Rental Fleet.
  • Coordinate vehicle availability and work closely with the service and sales departments.
  • Handle customer concerns and provide solutions to enhance their experience.
  • Check Customers in and out of rental vehicles.
  • Schedule is Monday - Friday 7am - 4pm or 8am - 5pm or 9am - 6pm.

Qualifications - What You Need to be Successful :

  • A clean driving record.
  • Ability to drive a manual transmission preferred, but not required.
  • Perform bending, pushing, climbing, leaning, twisting, reaching, kneeling, crouching, and other maneuvers associated with the position.
  • Ability to walk briskly up to 500 yards frequently throughout a shift.
  • Ability to lift 50-100 lbs. throughout the day.
  • High energy partnered with a positive attitude.
  • Desire to grow, learn, and advance within the company.
