Dental Treatment Coordinator – $25 to $35 / hr + Bonuses, PTO, 401(k) & Benefits

Location : Carlsbad, CA (La Costa & Oceanside offices)

Schedule : Full-Time (Monday–Thursday, with occasional Fridays optional)

We’re seeking an experienced Dental Treatment Coordinator who excels at patient communication, financial discussions, and leadership within a fast-paced, high-end practice.

Your Schedule

Monday : 7 : 00 AM – 4 : 30 PM

Tuesday : 9 : 00 AM – 6 : 00 PM

Wednesday : 8 : 00 AM – 5 : 00 PM

Thursday : 7 : 00 AM – 4 : 00 PM

Occasional Fridays optional

Responsibilities

Confidently present and discuss financial arrangements for large treatment plans , including full mouth restorations and All-on-4 cases

Coordinate insurance benefits, treatment scheduling, and follow-ups

Collaborate with doctors and the office manager to ensure an exceptional patient experience

Lead by example—support and motivate team members to maintain a positive, efficient environment

Manage patient communications via phone, email, and text software

Perform general administrative duties as needed

What We’re Looking For

2+ years of dental front office or treatment coordinator experience

Strong knowledge of treatment planning and dental insurance

Must be comfortable talking about money and presenting high-value cases

Excellent leadership, communication, and organization skills

Professional, dependable, and team-oriented attitude
