About the Role
The Marketing Data Analyst is responsible for analyzing data to provide actionable insights, improve campaign effectiveness, and drive business growth. This role involves monitoring key performance metrics, creating detailed reports, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to create new marketing strategies .
The Day-to-Day
Gather data from our marketing data warehouse and various marketing platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, CRM systems, social media platforms, and email marketing tools).
Develop and monitor dashboards and reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs) for marketing initiatives (e.g., ROI, lead generation, customer acquisition cost).
Support campaign tracking & development by providing data-driven recommendations on target audiences, channels, and strategies.
Create detailed reports and visualizations to communicate findings to marketing teams, executives, and other stakeholders.
Analyze customer behavior and journey data to support personalization and segmentation strategies.
Work closely with marketing, finance, sales, and product teams to align data insights with business goals.
Leverage tools such as Tableau, Power BI, SQL and marketing automation platforms to analyze and interpret data.
