Core Responsibilities :

• IT Strategy Development : Design and implement IT strategies that align with the company's business vision, ensuring technology investments support overall growth and digital evolution.
• Technology Project Oversight : Supervise the end-to-end execution of IT projects, ensuring timely delivery within budget while maintaining high-quality standards.
• Leadership & Team Management : Guide, support, and mentor an IT team of 30 members, cultivating a collaborative and forward-thinking work environment.
• Resource Planning : Efficiently allocate resources to meet project and operational demands while collaborating with both internal teams and external service providers.
• Risk & Compliance Management : Identify potential challenges and develop mitigation strategies. Ensure IT operations comply with industry regulations and security frameworks.
• Stakeholder Engagement : Maintain clear and open communication with business leaders to align IT initiatives with organizational needs and provide regular progress updates.
• Quality & Performance Assurance : Establish industry best practices, enforce compliance standards, and implement performance metrics to drive excellence in IT service delivery.
• Governance & Audit : Develop governance structures to maintain alignment with corporate policies, oversee compliance measures, and manage relationships with auditors.
• Information & Data Governance : Formulate and enforce a cohesive strategy for information management, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and standardizing data practices across the enterprise.
• Vendor & Supplier Management : Negotiate and manage partnerships with external IT vendors to ensure service agreements are met and drive continuous improvement in supplier performance

As the IT Director, you will be responsible for leading and coordinating all IT operations within the organization.
