A company is looking for a Remote Inbound Sales Representative to handle inbound calls and convert sales leads into policyholders. Key Responsibilities Handle inbound calls and warm leads to consult with customers on their insurance needs Match appropriate coverages, products, and benefits to convert leads into policyholders Represent the brand and ensure customers receive the right products for their needs Required Qualifications 2-3 years of sales experience preferred; 2 years of sales / service-related work experience required Property and Casualty Insurance License required after hire Strong interpersonal and persuasion skills needed to close sales Ability to work a schedule of 4 weekdays and 1 weekend day Proficient in PC usage and strong typing capabilities
