Network Systems Administrator I

About the Role :

As a Network Sytems Administrator I in the Retail Trade industry, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our company's enterprise infrastructure. You will be expected to maintain and troubleshoot network, server, and security hardware and software, as well as monitor performance to identify and resolve issues. Your ultimate goal will be to ensure that our enterprise infrastructure runs smoothly and efficiently, allowing our business to operate seamlessly. THIS IS NOT A REMOTE POSITION .

Minimum Qualifications :

• Associate's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field or 4+ years of experience in network administration with a broad range of IT infrastructure
• Proficiency with firewalls and switches, including installation, configuration, and upgrades.
• Proficiency with Windows server, DHCP, DNS, Active Directory, EntraID, M365, and Group Policy.
• Proficiency with SIEM / MDR, IDS / IPS, EDR / XDR, vulnerability management, network analytics, and content filtering.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Must have a valid Arizona Driver's license, current auto insurance, a good driving record, and reliable vehicle
• Ability and willingness to travel to different locations throughout southern Arizona including Casa Grande, Sierra Vista, and Nogales.

As a Network Systems Administrator I, you will be using your strong knowledge of network hardware and software to maintain and troubleshoot our company's network, servers, and security systems. You will also be utilizing your experience with network security and firewall technologies to ensure network security and integrity. Additionally, you will be collaborating with other IT professionals to design and implement new enterprise solutions and providing technical support to end-users. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills will be essential in identifying and resolving network and server issues, while excellent communication and interpersonal skills will be beneficial in working with other team members.
