Summary of the Opportunity

Client Overview : We are currently hiring for a technology company in the Puget Sound area.

Role Summary : As a Mid-Level Administrative Assistant, you will be responsible for performing a variety of complex administrative functions, supporting deal managers and the commercial executive community.

Key Responsibilities

Manage schedules, coordinate travel arrangements, and process business expenses for all levels of management.

Coordinate meetings and events, including calendar management.

Handle department financial operations, personnel operations, and facility operations.

Manage procurement of goods and services, including computer equipment and office supplies.

Provide general office support and serve as the department / group contact.

Complete special projects as assigned.

Experience We Are Looking For to Drive Success

MUST-Have Skills and Qualifications :

3-5 years of experience in calendar management using Outlook.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Strong organizational skills.

Preferred Skills and Qualifications :

Experience with Head Trax software is a plus.
