Strategic Research & Vetting : Conduct deep, nuanced research to identify and vet vendors, talent, partners, and personal services. Synthesize findings into clear, actionable recommendations for the CEO. Communication Filtering : Act as the CEO's Email Sentinel to hit Inbox Zero twice daily. Handle correspondence, draft communications, and produce a single, prioritized Daily Digest for the CEO. Elite Travel & Logistics : Coordinate all travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, and complex international itineraries. You are responsible for managing all moving pieces and ensuring seamless executive movement. Operational & Financial Oversight : Manage the full lifecycle of vendors, track financial deadlines, assist with light financial audits, and organize necessary receipts and documentation. Healthcare & Wellness Management : Handle personal wellness management, including scheduling fitness classes, coordinating healthcare appointments, and managing personal administrative tasks. Someone seeking a traditional, low-stress administrative role with basic scheduling. A candidate without a proven history of closing loops and proactive ownership. Someone who needs to be told what to do or who is satisfied with "good enough."
Executive Assistant And Strategic Chief Of Staff In Training
We are seeking a rare and exceptional individual to serve as a hybrid Executive Assistant and strategic Chief of Staff in Training. This is not a traditional administrative role. It is a demanding position for a high-IQ, high-integrity operator with unrelenting urgency and a desire to maximize the CEO's time and output.
You will function as the CEO's Force Multiplier, attending every critical business and personal call. Your primary mission is to take ownership of the maximum number of action items from every meeting, or to clearly assign ownership to the right team member and rigorously track execution. You will be the central executor and chief problem-solver, driving projects to completion and shielding the CEO from operational friction.
This role is for you if you get a thrill from :
- Execution Ownership : You attend a meeting, take notes, and your brain immediately sorts the tasks into "I'll do it," "Team Member X does it," and "I'll make sure it's done."
- Solving the Impossible : You are handed an obscure, high-stakes problem (e.g., complex logistics, financial audits, elite research) and thrive on finding the perfect solution with minimal oversight.
- Systems & Automation : You believe that any task repeated three times should be automated, and you have the technical fluency to build the solution (e.g., Zapier, Monday workflows).
