A company is looking for a Business Strategy Manager to drive key cross-functional initiatives and support business strategies.

Key Responsibilities

Partner with senior leadership to drive strategic initiatives and decision support across the organization

Conduct detailed business analysis and market research to generate insights for strategic decision-making

Shape and drive cross-functional projects from concept to execution, ensuring stakeholder alignment and measurable outcomes

Required Qualifications

3+ years of experience in management / strategy consulting, corporate strategy, or strategic operations roles

Proven ability to translate complex data into actionable business insights

Proficiency in analytical tools such as Excel, PowerPoint, Tableau, or Power BI

Strong bias for action and ability to manage multiple high-priority initiatives

Bachelor's degree required; MBA or relevant advanced degree is a plus
