job_description.job_card.job_descriptionGreet members and visitors with professionalism and positivity Handle phone calls, emails, and member inquiries Manage scheduling, check-ins, and class registrations Process payments, invoices, and membership renewals Assist with inventory management and ordering supplies Maintain accurate records and update client information Support trainers and instructors with class logistics and client coordination Help ensure the gym and studio spaces are organized, tidy, and welcoming Perform light cleaning and restocking as needed Balance multiple administrative and front-desk tasks efficiently Previous experience in an administrative, customer service, or fitness front-desk role preferred Strong multitasking and time management skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office and / or scheduling software Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Reliable, detail-oriented, and able to work independently Passion for health, fitness, and wellness

- Monday, Wednesday, Friday : 8 : 00 AM 1 : 00 PM
- Tuesday & Thursday : 5 : 00 AM 1 : 00 PM
Overview : We are seeking an organized and enthusiastic Administrative Assistant to join our Pilates, gym, and wellness center team. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys a fast-paced environment, thrives on multitasking, and takes pride in delivering exceptional customer service. Youll be the friendly face of the studio, assisting with member support, administrative duties, and maintaining a clean, welcoming space.
