An established residency program is looking for a program director that will continue to help it grow. This program has 28 residents, plus 2 fellowship programs. This is the first community-based program, that will be the blueprint of many of programs. Join an exciting practice, where you have autonomy help expand!
Opportunity Highlights :
- Responsible for the leadership, organization, operation, and administration of the Psychiatry Residency Program who welcomed their first class in 2019.
- Establish the strategic direction of the program while maintaining the standards, quality, and reputation of the program
- Integrate the program with physician practices and hospital clinic services in a way that enhances value and quality and promotes an optimal environment for professional practice and medical education
- 50% administrative time with 50% clinical in your choice of setting
- No call and no holidays unless desired additional income
- Financially solid with ample funding to give residents opportunities for conferences and other development
