A company is looking for a Talent Acquisition Advisor (Temporary).
Key Responsibilities
Screen and review candidates, conducting phone interviews and scheduling interviews with hiring managers
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand specific position needs and provide regular updates on recruitment progress
Manage the applicant tracking system (ATS) and ensure compliance with hiring standards and practices
Required Qualifications
Experience in conducting phone screenings and managing candidate pipelines
Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and candidate management tools
Background in supporting multi-location or franchise organizations is a plus
Experience with diversity recruiting initiatives is strongly preferred
Strong knowledge of interviewing best practices and hiring compliance standards
