After-School Tutor-Nanny – Central / West London -September

We are delighted to be recruiting on behalf of a warm and welcoming family based in Central / West London, who are seeking a committed and experienced Tutor-Nanny to provide nurturing and developmentally focused after-school care for their two bright and curious sons, aged 8 and 5.

This is a fantastic long-term opportunity for someone passionate about early childhood development and education, who can combine structure, fun, and learning in a balanced and engaging way.

Role Overview :

The family is looking for someone who can bring a thoughtful and developmental approach to the after-school rhythm, including :

School pick-up

Supporting the afternoon routine (bath, snack, transitions)

Supervising and supporting homework

Running short, structured lessons or educational activities

Reinforcing respectful discipline and consistent boundaries

Promoting positive routines through engaging play and learning

Schedule :

Monday to Friday, 3 : 15 pm – 6 : 15 pm (15 hours per week)

Additional hours available during school holidays

Location :

Central / West London

Candidate Requirements :

A genuine interest in early childhood development

Proven experience in teaching, tutoring, or a similar educational role with young children

Confident in setting clear, respectful boundaries while maintaining a fun, engaging atmosphere

Able to offer a minimum two-year commitment

Rate : 30 - £35 per hour

Start Date : September
