Location : Chandler, AZ (Onsite Role)

Compensation : $30$35 / hour based on experience and certification status

Schedule : Part-Time or PRN (Sessions available Monday-Friday, 8 AM - 7 PM)

About Therapy Matters

For over 20 years, Therapy Matters has been dedicated to helping children with developmental delays, including those with autism spectrum disorder (ASD), thrive at home and in their communities. Founded by Kylee, an Occupational Therapist with a heart for serving children in underserved communities, our Chandler, AZ clinic offers an integrated approach to therapy, combining Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), speech, occupational, and physical therapies, alongside home-based services like respite, habilitation, and attendant care. After Kylees passing in 2012, her husband founded Kylees Angels to carry forward her mission of compassionate, client-centered care.

Today, we honor her legacy by creating a space where clinicians are supported, families feel heard, and children reach their full potential through tailored, evidence-based interventions. 🔑 Key Responsibilities - What Youll Do

📋 Therapy Implementation

• Design and deliver individualized music therapy sessions to promote communication, social skills, sensory integration, and emotional regulation for pediatric clients, primarily ages 2-8, in our Chandler clinic and an opportunity to work with older kids in homes
• Use evidence-based music therapy techniques, such as improvisation, songwriting, and rhythmic interventions, to support developmental and behavioral goals.
• Create an engaging, inclusive, and emotionally safe therapy environment to foster client growth and participation.
