Job Position : Gymnastics & Tumbling Instructor (recreational classes, AAU, or All Star cheer)

Position Overview :

We're seeking passionate gymnastics and tumbling instructors / coaches to join our growing team! We have openings for recreational-level class instructors, competitive cheer tumbling coaches, and competitive AAU gymnastics coaches - with opportunities for leadership or director roles for the right candidates.

Responsibilities :

• Coach classes or teams in a positive, structured, and safe environment.
• Develop athletes through proper technique, progressions, and confidence building.
• Attend staff meetings and trainings in order to maintain consistency and growth.
• (For director-track roles) Assist with lesson planning, staff training, and program development.

Experienced, enthusiastic, and team oriented. You love working with kids of all ages and skill levels, bring strong communication and professionalism, and are excited to help athletes grow both in and out of the gym.
