A large and well-established medical practice in Fresno is seeking a bilingual (Spanish-speaking) Medical Front Office Phone Operator to join the team. This person will need to thrive in a setting that is with heavy call volume. This role is an excellent opportunity to gain valuable experience in a fast-paced medical setting, with strong potential for long-term growth.

Responsibilities :

• Answer and route back to back phone calls in a professional manner
• Greet and check in patients, verify insurance, and collect co-pays
• Schedule appointments and assist patients with inquiries
• Maintain accurate patient records and ensure confidentiality

Support front office operations to ensure a smooth workflow

Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a busy medical office
