Purpose :

This position is responsible for coordinating therapy services, supervising Therapy Techs, and assisting the Director of Therapy.

Qualifications :

• Successfully completes the required pre-employment Background and Drug Screenings
• Maintains a valid Driver's License which meets company standards for approved drivers. Minimum insurance limits of 30,000-60,000 and clean driving records.
• Statewide travel within Florida is required.
• Proficient with WORD, EXCEL, OUTLOOK and basic computer skills
• High School Diploma, Associate's degree preferred
• Demonstrate experience in a therapeutic setting working with people who have Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities.
• Must possess a license in a related healthcare area (examples include Physical Therapy assistant, Massage therapist, Occupational Therapy assistant, Speech / language Pathology assistant)
