Outside Sales Representative

The Outside Sales Representative closes sales through face-to-face interaction with customers based within assigned sales territories. They meet with potential and existing customers to present sales proposals and inform them of product benefits and features. The Outside Sales Representative will play a key role in increasing distribution and display activity by managing and negotiating with clients, research sales competition, qualifying prospects and managing sales of products and services.

Bonus : You will be eligible for a bonus of $1500 after 6 months of continuous active employment, and an additional $1500 after 1 year of continuous active employment.

Responsibilities

• Conduct professional product presentations to current Retail customers
• Stimulate market growth through new distribution and coverage in independent retail c-stores that are supplied by cash & carry and c-store distributors in assigned geography
• Evaluate customers skills, needs and build productive long lasting relationships
• Achieving sales goals and brand building presence and merchandising
• Attend meetings, sales events and trainings to keep abreast of the latest developments
• Assists customers with ordering information and configurations; provides quotations on customer requirements and provides appropriate follow up
• Utilize iPad technology for reporting all inventory / sales made daily and weekly
• Performs any other appropriately related duty as requested by the Sales Manager
• Be able to drive a company van (Ford Transit, Connect or similar) throughout the work day
• Manage cash and client product inventory
• Must have a valid driver's license
• Ability to follow navigation / directions, communicate, and solve customer challenges that might arise
• Be able to lift up to 30 lbs
• Be able to push / pull up to 80 lbs
