Payroll Processor

We're looking for a detail-oriented Payroll Processor to join our client's team on a part-time basis. This is a great opportunity for someone who thrives on accuracy and organization.

Compensation : $28 / hr

Responsibilities

Process bi-weekly payroll for 230 full-time employees and contractors using Paycom . This will be the main focus of your role and requires heavy data entry.

Manage weekly 401K file submissions.

Create and submit the Netsuite Pay File by the Thursday noon deadline.

Generate and send monthly reports from Paycom to benefits carrier.

Schedule

Monday - Wednesday : 8 : 00 AM - 5 : 00 PM

Thursday : 8 : 00 AM - 12 : 00 PM

Friday : Off

Qualifications

Proven experience as a Payroll Processor or in a similar role.

Strong understanding of payroll principles and regulations.

Proficiency with payroll software, preferably Paycom .

Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.

Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
