Cnc Machine Operator

We are seeking a skilled CNC machine operator to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will work in a machine shop setting operating CNC machines.

Responsibilities

  • Operate CNC machines, including lathes and mills, to produce steel parts.
  • Interpret blueprints & drawings.
  • Utilize measurement tools to ensure precision and adherence to specifications.
  • Learn to work on two machines simultaneously, enhancing productivity.
  • Participate in the machining phases, including deburring, plating, and assembly.

Essential Skills

  • 1-3 years of experience with CNC machines, lathes, and mills.
  • Knowledge of safety protocols in a machining environment.
  • Ability to work with precision measurement tools.

    • Additional Skills & Qualifications

  • Experience in a job shop or machine shop environment.
  • Ability to adapt to legacy parts machining processes.

    Job Type & Location

    This is a contract to hire position based out of Torrance, California.

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $30.00 / hr.
