In this role, youll connect with prospective clients, build relationships, and help families and individuals find the coverage that fits their needs, all while working in a supportive, positive environment.

• Base salary with competitive commission, where first-year employees can make $45,000 to $80,000 , depending on experience and insurance licensing status.

Responsibilities

• Contact and follow up with prospective clients to uncover insurance needs
• Present suitable coverage options and guide clients through the quote process
• Build and maintain relationships with new and existing customers
• Maintain accurate records and follow compliance procedures
• Stay informed on product offerings and agency guidelines
• Participate in ongoing training to improve sales skills and product knowledge

Requirement

• No prior insurance experience required.
• Candidate must have an active property and casualty license for start date.
• Previous sales or customer-facing experience is a plus
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
• Friendly, professional, and motivated to learn
• Goal-oriented mindset with attention to detail
