Position Overview

Unified Door and Hardware Group is currently seeking a Welder to support our team.

Key Responsibilities

• Joins, fabricates, and repairs 16 - 18 gauge stainless steel and other metals by applying appropriate welding techniques.
• Interprets blueprints, specifications, diagrams or schematics to determine appropriate welding process.
• Inspects completed welds to determine structural soundness.
• Must be able to regularly lift and / or move up to 25 pounds, frequently lift and / or move items weighing 50-100 pounds
• Excellent understanding of safety practices and procedures in fabricating environment
