Key Responsibilities :
Medical Assistants work under the direction of a licensed practitioner to support patient care and ensure smooth clinic operations. Responsibilities include preparing exam rooms, assisting with examinations, and maintaining accurate medical records, all in compliance with established policies and regulations.
The position will support the delivery of cost-effective, clinically competent, reliable healthcare by following the core values of Providence Medical Group Justice, Excellence, Dignity, Integrity, and Compassion.
Medical Assistants work under the delegation of a licensed practitioner to perform duties as directed and assist in providing basic patient care to assigned patients. This role is responsible for administrative and clinical tasks, such as maintaining patient records, preparing patients and rooms for examination, and assisting physicians with exams. Medical Assistants are expected to perform in accordance with established policies, procedures, and regulations.
