Position Overview :
- We are seeking a highly skilled Willow Inpatient Analyst to join our team.
- The ideal candidate will hold Epic Willow Inpatient certification and possess strong hands-on build experience within the module.
- This role will work closely with clinical and IT stakeholders to design, configure, test, and optimize the Willow Inpatient system to support safe, efficient, and compliant medication management workflows.
- A pharmacist or clinical background is highly desirable, and project management experience will be considered a strong plus.
- Role is Fully Remote through 12 / 25 with possible extensions.
- Perform advanced build, configuration, and optimization of the Epic Willow Inpatient module.
- Collaborate with pharmacy, nursing, and provider teams to gather requirements and translate them into effective system solutions.
- Develop and maintain medication order workflows, decision support, and integration with related Epic modules.
- Participate in system testing, validation, and change control processes.
- Troubleshoot system issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement corrective actions.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure regulatory compliance, medication safety, and workflow efficiency.
- Support go-live readiness, provide at-the-elbow assistance, and assist with post-implementation optimization.
- Document system configurations, workflows, and standard operating procedures. (If applicable) Lead or support project management activities including timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder communications.
Required Qualifications :
Epic Willow Inpatient certification (required).Proven experience with Epic Willow Inpatient build, testing, and optimization.Strong understanding of inpatient medication workflows and pharmacy operations.Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills.Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.Preferred Qualifications :
Licensed Pharmacist or clinical healthcare background.Project management experience, including leading build teams or managing Epic implementation / upgrade initiatives.Familiarity with related Epic modules such as Beacon, Orders, and ClinDoc.Work Environment :
