Position Overview :

  • We are seeking a highly skilled Willow Inpatient Analyst to join our team.
  • The ideal candidate will hold Epic Willow Inpatient certification and possess strong hands-on build experience within the module.
  • This role will work closely with clinical and IT stakeholders to design, configure, test, and optimize the Willow Inpatient system to support safe, efficient, and compliant medication management workflows.
  • A pharmacist or clinical background is highly desirable, and project management experience will be considered a strong plus.
  • Role is Fully Remote through 12 / 25 with possible extensions.
  • Perform advanced build, configuration, and optimization of the Epic Willow Inpatient module.
  • Collaborate with pharmacy, nursing, and provider teams to gather requirements and translate them into effective system solutions.
  • Develop and maintain medication order workflows, decision support, and integration with related Epic modules.
  • Participate in system testing, validation, and change control processes.
  • Troubleshoot system issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement corrective actions.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure regulatory compliance, medication safety, and workflow efficiency.
  • Support go-live readiness, provide at-the-elbow assistance, and assist with post-implementation optimization.
  • Document system configurations, workflows, and standard operating procedures. (If applicable) Lead or support project management activities including timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder communications.

Required Qualifications :

  • Epic Willow Inpatient certification (required).
  • Proven experience with Epic Willow Inpatient build, testing, and optimization.
  • Strong understanding of inpatient medication workflows and pharmacy operations.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Preferred Qualifications :

  • Licensed Pharmacist or clinical healthcare background.
  • Project management experience, including leading build teams or managing Epic implementation / upgrade initiatives.
  • Familiarity with related Epic modules such as Beacon, Orders, and ClinDoc.
  • Work Environment :

  • Full-time position; may require occasional evening or weekend support during go-live or maintenance windows.
