Cardiovascular Surgeon | Regions Hospital; St. Paul, MN

Position Overview

HealthPartners is searching for an experienced, dynamic, innovative Cardiovascular Surgeon to join our team at Regions Hospital in St. Paul, MN.

This opportunity would be part of a three-surgeon group and highly skilled team of advanced practice clinicians. This position would be based at Regions Hospital, a Level 1 trauma center with a practice that encompasses all adult cardiothoracic surgeries. This is a high-volume practice with complex coronary, valve, dissections, and aneurysms.

Qualifications

BC / BE in Cardiothoracic Surgery required. Experience outside of fellowship preferred. New graduates will be considered.

Neighborhood

Regions Hospital is a large level I trauma hospital located on the east side of the Twin Cities, admitting and managing about 4,800 patients per year. We are a major site of training for general surgery residents, critical care and burn fellows.

Pay Range

$408,428.00 – $665,537.00 annually for a 1.0 FTE.

Compensation is based on the level and requirements of the role. Pay within our ranges may also be determined by education, experience, knowledge, skills, location, and abilities as well as internal equity. After the salary guarantee period, this position will be compensated based on work RVU productivity.
