As an Supervisory Management and Program Analyst, you will manage operational teams, evaluate work processes, analyze data, and make recommendations for improving operational and employee performance. Responsibilities include managing a staff of product owners, providing administrative and technical supervision to accomplish the work that affects operations, stakeholders, and the public; using qualitative management principles, processes, and systems support to direct branch activities including the implementation of various IT systems; overseeing planning and execution management in support of strategic plans and performance metrics; collaborating with other managers to improve services or improve the quality of the work associated with division programs or initiatives; managing activities associated with development and implementation of short- and long-range strategic plans to meet future objectives and requirements; mentoring, motivating, and developing section staff, and providing informal and formal feedback on areas for growth and assist with prioritization and problem solving; developing and monitoring data-driven performance measurements to evaluate the effectiveness of operations and meet mission requirements.
