Five Star Bath Solutions, with over 100 locations across the country, is expanding rapidly into Connecticut, and were looking for a high-energy, results-driven Sales Leader who excels in one-call close environment to take charge of sales and team development. We provide pre-set high quality appointments, training, and industry leading resources. This is your opportunity to be at the ground floor , leading from the front while closing deals and building a high-performance sales team .

  • Responsibilities

  • Sell directly to homeowners : meet with customers in their homes to present our bathroom remodeling solutions with pre-set, high-quality appointments NO cold calling.
  • Use our proven sales techniques to close deals in just one visit, maintaining a ~30% net closing rate
  • Leverage company software and sales process to increase interest during visit
  • Provide exceptional customer service and ensuring a smooth, positive experience from start to finish.
  • Requirements

  • Residential home sales experience (home improvement / bathroom preferred but not required- we will train you!)
  • A top closer who thrive in a one-call close environment : 90% of sales happen on the first visit
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients; experience building rapport through open-ended questions
  • High energy, discipline, and a win-first mentality
  • Flexibility to work evenings and weekends to accommodate customer's scheduleswhere the money is
  • A competitive spirit with a drive to achieve and exceed sales targets.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage your own schedule.
  • A valid drivers license and a reliable vehicle .

  • Evenings as needed
  • Monday to Friday
  • Weekends as needed
  • Experience :

  • one-call close (selling on the first visit) : 1 year (Preferred)

  • Work Location : On the road
