Job Summary : Reporting to the Vice President, People & Culture, the Sr. Manager, People & Culture partners with business leaders and employees to support talent development, operational performance, change management, and engagement initiatives. As a strategic HR leader, the Sr. Manager, People & Culture will drive initiatives that enhance employee experience, strengthen leadership capability, and support business growth. This role serves as a trusted advisor and change agent, fostering a culture of engagement, performance, and continuous improvement.

Primary Responsibilities :

Strategic Partnership & Organizational Alignment :

• Partner with executive leadership to align People & Culture strategies with business goals, driving organizational effectiveness and long-term workforce planning.
• Collaborate with leaders to assess staffing needs and ensure alignment with workforce planning and talent strategies.
• Partner with cross-functional teams (e.g., Legal, Finance, Operations) to support enterprise-wide initiatives.
