Herrmann Ultrasonics is hiring for a CNC Programmer!

Immerse yourself into the fascinating world of ultrasonic welding! Herrmann Ultrasonics develops and builds machines that join plastics, packaging materials, nonwovens and metals with ultrasonic vibrations. This technology is suitable in many industries, such as medical, electronics, food and automotive. Job Profile CNC Programmer

  • Create offline CNC milling machine programs using MasterCAM and WinMax
  • Develop programs and setups in line with established tool shop standard operating procedures (SOPs)
  • Optimize machine cutting paths to improve efficiency and product quality
  • Provide detailed setup instructions for production machining operations
  • Reprogram ultrasonic tooling for repairs or RMAs
  • Follow all safety protocols, including the use of personal protective equipment (PPE)
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the tool shop to enhance manufacturing efficiency

Requirements :

  • Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in toolmaking or a similar precision manufacturing environment
  • Experience with WinMax and Mazatrol programming strongly preferred
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively across teams
  • Self-motivated and able to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
