The opportunity

EY's Agile Business Transformation, supported by SAP technology, provides organizations with tools to manage challenges in the digital era. In this role, you will interact with business stakeholders to evaluate business models, processes, and operations. You will gather, understand, and analyze business requirements, translating them into technical specifications. Additionally, you will analyze newly implemented technology solutions to ensure they meet business requirements and collaborate with technical teams to design and deliver system architecture solutions.

Your key responsibilities

• Own workstream delivery and assist in managing processes and solutions.
• Track deliverable completion and project status, ensuring alignment with performance objectives.
• Own client relationships and lead multiple workstreams across regions.
• Shape strategic direction for SAP IS-Oil implementations and digital transformation initiatives.
• Add responsibility for budget oversight and resource planning .
• Actively participate in client working sessions, leading workstreams from planning through execution and closure.
• Hands on Experience in the area of SDM (Secondary Distribution Management), PAT (Process Automation Toolset), RFNO (Retail Fuel Network Operation), Data Collation, including the Rack Ticket feature using Process Ticket.
• Engage with key business users to gather and define detailed functional requirements.
• Support the functional design and solutioning efforts for IS‑Oil SDM and RFNO modules.
• Collaborate with the technical team to ensure alignment between functional requirements and technical implementation.
• Assist in gathering functional requirements and support UAT activities.
• Lead in driving User Acceptance Testing (UAT), ensuring business validation and readiness. Provide leadership during rollout and support the business during go‑live.
