Deliver high-quality therapy for clients and families.Manage a clinical caseload, providing coverage as needed.Collaborate in team meetings, trainings, and supervision.Communicate with external providers and maintain accurate documentation.Develop comprehensive treatment plans using diverse clinical data.Support crisis interventions and maintain a safe therapeutic milieu.Uphold ethical standards, confidentiality, and HIPAA compliance.Contribute to discharge planning and staff training.Qualifications
Licensed PhD, PsyD, LMFT, LPC, or LCSW (active, in good standing).3 years of clinical experience, including 1-2 years in residential settings.Expertise in behavioral health, treatment planning, and case management.Proficiency in CBT, DBT, EMDR, or similar modalities (preferred).Experience with diverse DSM-V diagnoses and milieu therapy (preferred).Valid driver's license, auto insurance, and ability to pass background / drug checks.Strong multitasking and computer skills.Keys to Success
