Job Description

The Accounts Payable Specialist is responsible for managing accounts payable-related activities and procedures for the organization, ensuring that all accounts are properly paid, and providing accurate and timely management reports. This role requires attention to detail and a passion for accurate and compliant practices. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to interact effectively with all levels within the organization. They will lead their team to ensure they provide support to our customers while ensuring partnership and collaborative fiduciary responsibility for the company.

Work Environment

The position is part of a team of six in the accounts payable group, located in a newly reconstructed office with a casual environment where jeans are permitted. The work schedule is Monday to Friday, from 8 : 30 AM to 4 : 30 / 5 : 00 PM. The role requires in-office presence at least four days per week, with the flexibility to work remotely on Fridays or Mondays once fully up and running.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $26.00 - $28.00 / hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
