User Experience Designer

A company is looking for a UX / UI Designer to shape the user experience of their next-generation enterprise platform. Key Responsibilities Lead the end-to-end UX design process for complex software and platform experiences Collaborate with Product Managers, Engineers, and other Designers to implement user-centric solutions Design workflows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI mockups in Figma Required Qualifications 5+ years of professional experience in web-based platforms or enterprise software design Proven track record of delivering intuitive design solutions Expertise in Figma, including prototyping and team libraries Strong understanding of component-based design and accessibility principles Experience building and maintaining design systems and collaborating with front-end engineers
