What You'll Do :

Provide excellent customer service to clients and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures and following site-specific policies.

Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm and problem-solving manner, utilizing appropriate escalation protocols when necessary.

Conduct regular and random patrols around the facility, including the business premises and perimeter, to help to deter unauthorized activity and promote a secure environment.

Maintain a visible presence throughout the location to help to deter potential security-related concerns and provide assistance as needed.

Monitor and report any suspicious activity, hazards, or maintenance needs identified during patrols to the appropriate personnel.

Assist with access control procedures, verifying credentials and managing entry to restricted areas as required by site protocols.

Participate in emergency response activities, including evacuation procedures and incident management, as directed by site leadership and Allied Universal guidelines.

Document all incidents, observations, and actions taken during the shift in a timely and accurate manner.

Minimum Requirements :

Have at least 1 year of armed security-related, law enforcement, or military experience.

Possess an armed guard card or license.

Be at least 21 years of age.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

Participate in industry-specific security training programs.
