Automotive Service Advisor

We are currently seeking an Automotive Service Advisor for a HIGH VOLUME automotive shop to achieve POSITIVE SALES RESULTS.

Key responsibilities include :

• Ensuring customer satisfaction and retention through sales and excellent customer service.
• Two (2) years of experience writing automotive service.
• Excellent communication skills, including outstanding telephone skills, to relate positively with customers.
• Proven ability to improve facility sales while maintaining customer loyalty.
• Knowledge of point-of-sale software and strong mathematical skills for creating estimates, billing, and inventory control.
• Providing prompt, courteous, and top-tier customer service.
• Handling all types of store transactions related to our products and services.
• Maintaining a clean and welcoming store environment.
