You will be a Cyber Systems Security Engineering Manager in the Program Protection Organization. Our organization oversees all aspects of Anti-Tamper and embedded Cybersecurity across Missiles and Fire Control. We are chartered with providing the skills and innovative technologies to develop, design, produce and sustain secure products across our Lines of Business.

What You Will Be Doing

• Leading the development and implementation of cybersecurity strategies and solutions
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure secure product development and deployment
• Providing technical guidance and oversight to ensure compliance with cybersecurity regulations and standards
• Staying up-to-date with emerging threats and technologies to inform cybersecurity roadmaps and investment

Ability to Work Remotely : Onsite Full-time : The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.

Work Schedules : Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.

Schedule for this Position : 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
