• Outpatient Practice Model : Primarily clinic-based role with no inpatient duties and a flexible 3.5 clinical / 1.5 academic days structure

• Predictable Call Schedule : Routine call every 6-7 weeks, moving to every 9-10 weeks as the team grows, with APPs managing routine calls
• Generous Compensation Package : Guaranteed base salary with RVU incentives yielding up to $870K, plus $50K sign-on bonus for out‑of‑state candidates, 9 weeks annual leave, $5K CME, and comprehensive benefits (health, dental, vision, 401k match, malpractice tail, loan repayment)
