Position Responsibilities :

  • Business Development : Identify, cultivate, and close opportunities within ACOs, payer organizations, and health systems.
  • Data Management : Oversee the delivery of data tables to data warehouses, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in data processing.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration : Facilitate collaboration among clinical operations, finance, contracting, business development, actuarial, and other relevant stakeholders.
  • Cross-Functional Alignment : Ensure that all stakeholders are working off the same information to drive informed decision-making.
  • Team Expansion : Increase the effectiveness of the data scientist team without increasing headcount, optimizing resource utilization.
  • Risk-Based Contracting : Utilize expertise in risk-based contracting to position the solutions effectively in the market.
  • Deal Closure : Demonstrate a track record of successfully closing deals with health plans, ACOs, and other healthcare entities.
  • Decision Support : Drive the development and implementation of decision support tools to empower stakeholders with actionable insights.
  • Value-Based Care Expertise : Leverage a background in value-based care to tailor solutions that address the evolving needs of the healthcare landscape.
  • Data-Driven Approach : Champion a data-driven approach to problem-solving and decision-making within the organization.
  • Experience & Skills :

    Required Experience and Qualifications :

  • Education : Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; advanced degree preferred.
  • Experience : Proven experience in business development, account management, or related roles within the healthcare industry.
  • Network : Extensive network with Payers, ACOs and Risk Bearing Providers. Understanding of Value Based Care and / or Risk based contracting
  • Technical Skills : Proficiency in data management, analytics tools, and decision support systems.
  • Communication : Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Analytical Thinking : Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven mindset; experience selling data / analytics-oriented solutions
  • Adaptability : Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, adapting to evolving market trends and business needs.
  • Compensation $150k-$175k, Health Insurance
